Patrick Williams

Patrick Williams is a well-established chain of estate agents in the Reading area – one of the fastest-moving property markets in Britain. The management were increasingly aware that the dated brand identity was becoming a barrier to opening up new opportunities among both buyers and sellers.

We wanted to ensure that Patrick Williams appealed to a cross-section of buyers and sellers, from first-time buyers to young professionals and families. Our concept focused on designing a less formal, more emotional identity whilst retaining the vibrant red colour which has been the brand’s trademark for half a century.
