Charles Yorke make purely handcrafted furniture. They asked us to distinguish their offer from other rival luxury furniture brands. Our research showed that the client's promise of 100% handcrafted in the UK, was unrivalled. So we set about developing and honing the brand and all collateral to reflect this.
Every customer touchpoint was treated to evoke a warm, natural feeling. Textured stocks added refinement, and a touch of understated luxury came in form of subtle gold foiling. A set of limited edition case bound books were also produced for showrooms and key clients.
Results
The branding has made Charles Yorke into a "top three" luxury furniture brand in the UK. All marketing materials been extremely well received with improved launch day orders and sales forecasts greatly improved.
