We were asked to help reposition Great Lengths, the world-leading premium hair extensions brand.
Their unique products are favoured by top stylists and celebrity customers alike and though well-known in these circles, the brand was a well-kept secret as far as in-salon consumers were concerned.We were tasked to develop the company's brand image to better reflect its high quality, premium products.
We implemented a bold, high-end new look and feel across touchpoints - from point of sale and look books, to advertising and stationery.
Results
Following our repositioning work, Great Lengths saw an increase in sales of over 10%.
