Santa Monica Beach Resort is an exclusive 5 star Assetz development on the archipelago of Cape Verde – a largely undiscovered beach paradise. With opportunities ranging from prestige multi-million euro beach-front villas, through to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, the developer needed to build trust and confidence in the resort to attract investment from a quietly affluent market.
